Answer: f³ - 3

Step-by-step explanation: as we don’t know what the cube of f is, we can only give this answer in it’s simplest form, to find this out we write out the equation and see if we can make it any shorter than it already is.

f³ - 3 = f³ - 3

There is no way to simplify down this equation so we just have to leave it like it is. The reason we can’t simplify it down is because there are no like terms, and because we don’t know what f is, we can’t take the 3 away from it and take it out of the equation.
