Success is needed for everyone. We are born to succeed in the way God showed us. It is true that Success in life is more elusive. One can misconcept his abilities and find him self unable to do anything.
The Key thing that lies in a successful person is Envision, Empower and Encroach. The Three E 's are required for every living being to succeed .
More over, Being a gentleman at heart and doing all good also helps you shine. We seek success not it seeks us. We need to be concentrating on the concerned things.
We know that Success is something that would be attained only if the self strives for it. Success in life may be elusive but We are made in the image of God by himself. So, There is nothing impossible for us. It is truly said that, You have to start to become great.
Envision , This is the first stage to start success. You need to envision your future as great successfully story. Though there might be possiblities that it may not be true. But you should believe that your future would be great. When you believe, your mind and heart believes. If everything believes ,you will start working and planning.
Empower, Once you start envisioning ,You will start working. Though there might be ups and downs. You need to follow up yourself with Good enthusiasm . Empower your self that you can do it. Think that only you can do it, so you have to do it. Believe that, You are the great. You can develop confidence regarding your self through empowerment.
As You start empowering, You will start working on doing things. So You are going to show your dedication in deeds. Failure is the stepping stone to success, One who never made mistake learnt nothing. So, You will definitely face failure, you may be put down .So, You need to impose your self that you can do more better. You need to make sure that ,You always get good support and enough motivation from your self. You need to intrude into your mind, remove negatives and do great.
These things will surely help a individual attain success.

Success in life is more often elusive than not! Indeed the truest sentence! Success is elusive, it's hard to achieve. Not everyone is successful and the one who remains idle never got success unless luck grants them!
What factors help to make an individual successful?
Success is needed for each and every individual. Everyone hopes for success but a few get it. It depends on some, some more factors.
Hardwork : I hope you've heard the famous proverb : "Hardwork is the key to success". Without hardwork, success is almost impossible. We need to work hard inorder to achieve something. There is no chance for a person who remains idle to get success. The only place where work comes after success is Dictionary. But in life, Success will only be for those who work, whether be it hardwork or smart work. Days before, it was thought that hard workers only gains success. It's true today too. But, nowadays it's often found that smart workers also do acheive success. Anyways, success can't be achieved unless you do something fruitful.
Determination : Maybe the major factor. A determined person can catch the sky, touch the moon or anything they want! If you are enough determined towards your goal, it's a must that you will reach there. 'Where there's a will, there's a way'. The will to succeed is the greatest path in the journey towards success.
Dreams : You must have to dream before your dreams come true. Without a goal and wandering for success is like a journey without destination. Your Dreams must be sincere and deep.
Confidence : Self confidence, but not over confidence can reach a person high up to the highness of success. One should be confident of them and thier talents. Never compare your insides with other's outsides! Believe in yourselves and you are unstoppable! Failures are stepping Stones towards, humiliations are often common on the hard rocky path of success. People will discourage you, but always believe the way you are and work for what you want!
Accept your flaws and be proud of your talents (never mistake this as arrogance :/ ) : One should be able to find out thier flaws instead of finding others. Be optimistic and never feel inferior of your flaws.
Hope for the best, Prepare for the worst! Remember, the path of success is the hardest and the destination is the most beautiful. Difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations! It will never contain bed of roses but thorns in them. Never regret for anything and work until you are satisfied by self ;)
