1.Oddoor farms, around 25 kilometres from Mangalore city in Karnataka, is a great example of a very successful effort made by Rajesh Naik, who has transformed 120 Acres of barren land into a self-sufficient organic farm by developing a 50 feet deep lake on 2 Acres of land. This not only transformed the surrounding area, but also helped in improving the water table in the surrounding village.
2.A visit to Richard Rebello's 25 Acre AR farm, which is some 25 kilometres from Mangalore District in Karnataka, is an example of sheer grit and determination of a person with no background in agriculture. His efforts made him successful in converting a barren piece of land into an lush green agricultural farm.

It was possible due to Naik's hard work, determination, vision and never-say-die attitude that have turned around the destiny in his favor.
