For succeeding as a topper each and every person would say the same basic thing which is hard work which is as learn , read , repeat and practice so that you can remember those concepts for long memory
and never be shy to ask your tutors or school teacher about any problem you are facing because you are the person finally be destroying yourself . So try to understand the concepts revise it . These basic things can make you a success student

Relax yourself and just focus on your goal
yeah u right but they have a some critical problems can u suggest me their problems what they have ??
Depressed person takes stress just because their marks are less or they can't understand the subject properly or worries that how they can complete their studies before exams.
