[100-10]% =90% of 100= 90

[100-12]% = 88% of 90=79.2

[100-15]% =85% of 79.2=67.32

so 100-67.32=32.68

Therefore, Required discount= 32.68%    ANS

OR

Here r1= 10%, r2 = 12% and r3 =15

formula for single discount  from Successive discounts is

= [1−(1−r1/100)(1−r2/100)(1−r3/100)]×100%

= [1−(1−10/100)(1−12/100)(1−15/100)]×100%

= [1−(90/100)(88/100)(85/100)]×100%

= (1−[0.9×0.88×0.85])×100%

= [1−0.6732]×100%

=0.3268×100%

Therefore, Required discount=32.68%    ANS
