The four inonisation energy are present such as IE1 is 250 kJ /mol then IE2 is 820 kJ /mol then IE3  is 1100 kJ /mol and then IE4 is 1400 kJ /mol which indicates four electrons are present in outermost shell of which after loosing all the 4 velence electrons it achieves noble gas configuration. During the achievement of noble gas configuration, the fourth ionisation energy increses high enough to let the atom to achieve noble configuration.

Thus, 4 velence electrons are present in atom.
