Heya User,

Let Seema's age be --> 'x'
      Sudesh's age ----> '2x'

--> Acc. to qn ->
                 ---> 4( x - 6 ) = ( 2x + 4 )
                   => 4x - 24 = 2x + 4
                   => 2x = 28
                   => x = 14

Thus, Seema's age = 14 and Sudesh's age = 28
=> Their ages '3' years ago are :-> 11 and 25 respectively √√

let the present age of sudesh and seem a be
x and Y respectively
now acc. given condition
x= 2y
also
4 ( 6-y ) = 4+x
=24 -4y = 4+x
=24-4 = x +4y
x + 4y = 20
6y = 20
y= 20/6 = 3.3 yrs.
X= 6.6 yrs
. 3 yrs ago.
X will be 3.6 yrs old and y will be 3 months old.
am not sure with my answer
