Answer:

During exam, Sudha has tension, stress, anxiety due to which her autonomic nervous system is helping her to mediate with the situation.

Autonomic nervous system is a part of nervous system that controls wake sleep cycle. It has two parts sympathetic nervous system and parasympathetic nervous system.

Sympathetic nervous system is mainly concerned with fighting stress, anxiety, fear etc and keeps an individual super active. It is known to give two basic responses- fight or flight.

Whereas on contrary parasympathetic nervous system helps to keep an individual calm, relieved .
