Sudha took lemon juice in two flask she put salt in flask 1 and washing soda in flask 2 she observed lots of bubbles in flask 2 but nothing in flask 1 why ?

soda is reacting with the citric acid present in the lemon juice that's why bubbles are formed.

washing soda is a base and lemon juice is acid while neutralising Hydrogen ions

where as salt doesn't react much with lemon juice
