Sugar cost Rs 26.50 per kg . 10 kgs of such sugar is packed in 0.5 kg packs and are sold at Rs 290 totally . Of each packet has a packaging cost of 40p , find the profit earned.​

For 1 kg salt(including packing)=13.5+2(0.25)

Because for 500g packing it cost =0.25 pair.

∴ For 1 kg it costs =13.5+2(0.25)

(with packing) =13.5+0.5

=14 Rs.

Now for 10 kg C.P =10×14

=140 Rs.

S.P=155 Rs.

Profit ⇒ S.P − C.P =155−140

=15 Rs.
