Sugar dissolves easily in milk at room temperature in summer compared to winter. explain why? please please please help me i want the answer very fast

it is because milk being liquid contracts in cold. this reduces intermolecular space of milk resulting in milk taking more time to accomodate sugar molecules

in colder seasons the molecules of milk contacts and thats why sugar is unable to dissolve quickly.
