As we have learned that those jobs which are seasonal in nature have no job security.

Therefore to avoid debt traps and other related problems sugarcane is grown with the help and support of cooperative societies.

This ensures their income and helps them earn better and avoid debt traps.

Due to this sectors such as coir,milk and sugarcane is run by the cooperative societies.
