It is a very vague question with no definite answer the  Republic of India is governed in terms of the Constitution of India which was adopted by the Constituent Assembly on 26th November, 1949 and came into force on 26th January, 1950 .     It is the longest written constitution of any sovereign country in the world, containing 444 articles in 22 parts, 12 schedules and 115 amendments, for a total of 117,369 words in the English language version.

It has been amended 100 times since its enactment the last date being 28-05-2015, to answer your question it has already been changed and will further be "changed" (amended)  as and when the Parliament approves and the Government suggests. The Amendment has to be in compliance with Article 368 Part XX of the Constitution of India. This procedure ensures the sanctity  of the Constitution of India. However, there is another limitation imposed on the amending power of the constitution of India, which developed during conflicts between the Supreme Court and Parliament, where Parliament wanted to exercise discretionary use of power to amend the constitution while the Supreme Court wanted to restrict that power. This has led to the laying down of various doctrines or rules in regard to checking the validity/legality of an amendment, the most famous among them is the Basic structure doctrine as laid down by the Supreme Court in the case of Kesavananda Bharati v. State of Kerala. This has led to scaling down of the scope of article 368 by making some Articles immune from change or amendment through the use of Doctrine of Basic structure.
