(i) The Soil and Water conservation works to be implemented on common lands and on Private grass lands of our village.
(ii) Continuous Contour Trenches (CCTS) are to be dug on the hill slopes to arrest the erosion of soil.
(iii) In these trenches water should be harvested and growth of grass is to be encouraged.
(iv) Check dams, percolation tanks, loose boulder structures etc. should be constructed.
(v) Plantations on forest lands and roadsides are to be taken up.
(vi) Tree felling and open grazing should be banned.
(vii) Imposing some control over land owners on the usage of ground water.
(viii) Growing the seeds which can with stand droughts.
(ix) Implementing co-operative agriculture.
