just bring thermocol box filled with a lot of ice and then put your bowl and cover the box..

You can mix your ice mixture with some ice that is crushed with also with a little bit milk.

Or

You can put some salt on ice cubes to make them little bit soft and then you keep ice cream mixture in container and keep between this ice mixture.
