There are two ways of doing this :

1) You can have a compost pit.

As vegetable waste is dumped in the pit, they rot and become manure.

This manure can later be transported and used in the farm.

2) You can dispose them directly to the farm.

Here the waste will decompose and become manure.

The environment can be polluted in several ways.

The vegetable peels and other kitchen-garbage can pollute the environment.

The vegetable peels can be used for making natural fertilizer.

For this purpose, one has to keep the peels into soil for one to three weeks.

The peels get decomposed by earthworm and a natural fertilizer would be produced.

These peels are also eaten by the cattle.
