following are the measures to reform political parties :
1. they should hold internal elections .
2. state funding of elections must be done so that there i s no over spending .
3. there must be at least 1/3 of the seats in look sabha and rajya sabha reserved for women candidates .
4. there must not be any dynastic succession ( giving the seats to relatives and family members ) , whereas seats must be given to the people who have much capability and potential and deserves it .
5. there must not be use of muscle power ( scaring the voters to get more votes ) .
