1.Culural assimilation is an important way by which people of diverse ethnic groups can integrate with one another.Each group must respect and tolerate the other's culture, language etc.and reciprocate the cultural and linguistic elements.

2.Secularism ia anoter prospectiv way of itegration among diverse ethnic groups. In a society all groups must be given the freedom to practise and follow their indegenious culture ad language.
