Old age!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Really worst,part of our whole life!
But we can make it the best by following some tips.
Do excercise regularly,it would keep your body fit.
Do meditation and yoga asanas to be calm and peaceful .
Don't take much medicines on everything small symptoms,as it affects our heart, kidney,liver etc ,learn to tolerate.
Be polite,try to control anger , don't be short tempered,as it would make you feel happy and cool.
Have perfect meals, be healthy and strong at old age toooooooooooo.
Don't have much oilly and junk foods.
Drink a lot of water as our main purpose and focus is on keeping ourselves healthy and if we would be healthy,we would be happy automatically.
Listen songs and don't be in depression or in pensive mood so that you may maintain your blood pressure .
Read jokes and inspiring thoughts to refresh your mind.
Always fulfill your wishes if it's not hitting or destroying others because it's the last chance life gives you to enjoy your life and fulfill your wishes and keep your promises.
Keep writing , it gives a lot of pleasure and we also increase our imagination power .

Simple!
1. Avoid eating unhealthy foods (Fatty and Processed.)
2. Exercise Daily
3. Get yourself into some good sports! (Enjoy life and perspire! it removes the toxins from your body. Oh! and don't forget to drink lots of water everyday!)
4. Most importantly! ''Surround yourself with good company!'' (Your family perhaps? Staying happy can boost your morale to keep going! It's the most important factor towards living a long, healthy and happy life! ;)
