Suggest any two reforms in improve the electrical system in India?

method 1 : we can introduce solar powered system whenever wherever possible since we receive max sunlight we can make it a productive one, for eg : the street lamps

method 2: using many methods which would convert mechanical work or energy to electrical energy ,like hydroelectricity,wind mills etc
