Answer:

some tips how to study

Explanation:

1. As the question paper of the board examination is always NCERT- based, so first of all, complete the entire syllabus from the NCERT Class 10th Mathematics book to understand the concepts of each and every chapter.

2. Write all the formulae and statements of theorems on an A3 sized sheet in a bigger font size and place it in that corner of your room from where it is always visible to you. This will surely help you to learn and recall all the formulae.

3. Arrange the units according to their weight (in the context of marks) in a decreasing order-

For example:

Algebra- 20 marks

Geometry- 15 marks

Trigonometry- 12 marks

Statistics and Probability- 11 marks

Mensuration- 10 marks

Coordinate Geometry- 6 marks

Real Numbers- 6 marks

Prepare the units accordingly, as per their marks. The unit which carries more marks in the question paper should be given more time of practice.

4. After completing the syllabus from the NCERT textbook, consult a refresher by any of the authors like RD Sharma, RS Aggarwal etc. It gives a broader view of the questions to be asked in the paper. Moreover, it provides more questions to the students to do practice.

5. After revising the whole syllabus, solve the sample papers available on the internet or available in the market. Doing enough practice of sample papers boosts the level of self-confidence in a student.

Apart from this, practising the sample papers also teaches the concept of time-management to the students.

Like, put an alarm clock in front of you and try to complete the sample papers within 130 minutes to 150 minutes. This exercise will help you to complete your board exam within 2 hours and 30 minutes. (Quick and accurate)

Points to remember in the examination hall:

Read the question paper with full concentration.

First, attempt those questions which you are sure about.

Mention the number of 'steps' while solving your question as there is a criterion of step marking.

Use pencil and scale to draw the figures. Never draw a figure with the use of a pen.

If your writing is poor, then you can write in a bigger font leaving some space in between two words.
