suggest me some words to be used in indirect sentences for imperative sentences

For request = may, can
For order / command = words giving order or command..... eg. Do this at once.
Go to the school.
Bring me a glass of water.

Hi there .
First try to learn more about imperative sentences,as they are those sentences which include direct commands.example---1)-Pass the salt. 2)-Shut the door. 3)-Clean the room. 4)-Get out. 5)-Be there at five.
So here it is . These are some normal imperative sentences and in order to change them into some inditect speeches ,you need to see the whole answers of above mentioned sentences ------Here we go)--
1-You are asked to pass the salt.
2-You are orderd to shut the door.
3-You are requested to clean the room.
4-You ate order to get out.
5-You are invited to get there before five.
So you can clearly analyse here that imperative sentences involve a reuest ,command,order or advise etc so you generally use these keywords and rest process is same .
