Rapid mining leads to adverse effect as such as soil erosion, land degradation, damaging of the underground surrounding etc. Thus in order to prevent all these hazards, the ‘3R concept’ is used in which Reduce, Recycle and Reuse phenomenon is followed.  

Mineral such as ‘copper’ can be recycled in many ways. The recycled copper has 90% of its original properties. Copper is used in utensil manufacturing and in wires to conduct electricity. As it is 100% recyclable the worn out copper articles are recycled and again used for domestic as well as industrial purpose.
