Suggest some measures to stop child marriages now a days

Child marriage statistics have dropped in the recent years,but still in many villages it is still practiced which needs to be stopped immedietly.

Illitracy is the main factor involved,people are illiterate or are unaware of the problems due to child marriage

Government should take proper initiate to punish the lawbreaker

The Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006:states that person indulging in child marriage would be jailed for 5 years and a fine or Rs 1,00,000.This should not be just in words but must be properly implemented.

Different awareness programmes should be conducted at villages

Educating these poor peoples of the village can solve the problem to a certain level.
