Suggest some way which can be helpful in creating employment in rural area

in rural areas main source of employment are primary and tertiary activities i.e. agriculture and manufacturing respectively. so according to me there should be proper employment of people according to their qualifications. in 9th standard economics ncert it is given in 2nd chapter people as resource last second page there is a story which may help you. it is an example of employnent in rural areas. hope this would b helpful to u.
