measure to be taken for the welfare of workers in a  industry are 
allowing them to form trade unions by which they can present their demands to owners.
conducting health check ups for them.
by not giving continous work stress reducing hours of work or giving breaks in between .
giving holidays on sundays.
minimum wages 
no  cut on wages for silly reasons 
punishments should be avoided

The following measures are taken for the welfare of the workers working in industry are as follows:

1) Saftey Hazards are provided to ensure protective workplace.

2) Coverage under social Security schemes are implemented on them to assure all the workers get proper wrights as decided by law. Some of the important social Security schemes are Deduction of Provident Fund, LWF or Labor Welfare Fund. Gratuity, Bonus.

3) To get proper wages every month as per minimum wages decided by government.

4) To get extra wage in terms of Over time for extra work done.

5) Coverage under Employees State Insurance (ESIC) or Medical Coverage to employees and their families.

6) To get extra incentives in terms of Money as Bonus during Festival, or an appreciation Rewards and Recognition.

7) Employees Engagement Activities and Training activities to be conducted as motivation factor.

In many industries especially in Production line dedicated welfare officers are hired by the organization to check for the wellbeing of there employees.
