There are various non profit organisations in this world which were started with a aim to help people at large.

Democracy is lacking in these organisation nowadays so declaration of independence is needed in every organisation which is working at a big scale.

For example United Nations was created to maintain harmony and peace among people. When we see it was created democratically but now its lacking because parliament of US decided its council.
