.S has 6 valence electrons, out of which two are involved in the formation of the two S-H bonds, which leaves 2 lone pairs, preventing the bonding electrons from forming a linear configuration. Thus, acquiring a V-shape with about 92º between the two S-H bonds.
.It has a square pyramidal shape with about 90º of bond angle of F-B-F covalent bond.
.It is not confirmed but is predicted to be a trigonal planar molecular geometry.
.It has a linear shape.
.It has a linear shape.

Hope it helps!!!
