Following are some of the solutions to the problems created by the caste system :

1.  The Legislation which outlaws caste discrimination should be implemented effectively.

2.  Creamy Layer should be implemented effectively as it is often the influential people among lower castes who benefits from reservation for long time.

3.  Inclusiveness is another solution.

4.  Political Parties should refrain from giving tickets on the basis of caste.

5.  The people should caste their votes on the basis of merit rather than caste.

6.  Mutual Respect to each other.
