2. Ensuring Unemployment Allowance in case a casual worker gets no work for months together. It would help him and his family to survive through the hard times.
3. Strict compliance with the rules and the program - In a vast country like India, rules are already there, yet they are not put into practice which causes the unprivileged class to be trapped in the vicious circle and they never come out of their misfortune.
Besides, it is also necessary that the casual workers are aware of the rules and programs and such awareness programs are a part of local government responsibilities.
