When trapped in vicious circle, the future seems bleak and its very tough to get out from this. However, one thing which can be done to break this is by providing resources to these deprived section of society. Resources can be education - moral education first of all, social and then academic which is the only way to get out from this cycle.
A group of people from the society near by can take their few hours of Sunday to teach them and make them aware of the need to learn and be educated.
Organisation of an event where their talent can be showcased. Like holding small painting,sketching competition and keeping some prize money for the winners. This will attract the kids to take interest in something out of the league and help them get motivated. If kids are nurtured well, this cycle will abolish one day.
