Suggest which halogen could react with sodium chloride solution to produce chlorine.

As you have asked for the halogen , it's none other than the Flourine which is considered as the most electronegative element in the entire periodic table.

As electro-negativity decreases from Florine to downwards in the group and only Florine is above Chlorine, so Florine should react with sodium chloride solution to produce chlorine.
