Answer:Digging up of roads is an on-site duty for every authority both Government and Non-Government in the city of Chennai.  Sometimes it is the Telecom department, the Sewerage Board, the water supply, Electricity Board and ofcourse the private companies.  The digging process happens almost every month causing hassles to the public.
