a) Radio is an important means of media and it is generally used by the middle sections of people in a society. However whenever a person advertises something on radio, he/she does not have to think twice about visual effect as interesting words are enough to highlight about a product  or service to people who hear about it on the radio weigh full interest.

b) Also, radio can be used by all persons at all places, but we have seen it in general that, people who are poor use it as a medium of leisure in villages while people who are rich use it on their mobile phones or cars.

c) However this kind of advertisement has got nothing to do with illiterate or literate persons as one does not have to read any line or caption but just needs to hear what the advertisement is all about.

d) Lastly, as already explained, radio advertisements are in general meant for all people to hear and take it under consideration for universal products. However there are local f.m stations that serve for a particular state only, and advertisements that are heard there are sometimes confined for people who might use specified and limited products for that state only.

For Example a Tamil F.M radio channel might talk of a product that a Bengali F.M. radio channel might not talk of.
