The suitable identity is (X+a) (X+b) = x2 + X(a+b) + ab

52 × 53 = ( 50+2) ( 50+3)

This is of the form (X+a) (X+b) =

x2 + X(a+b)+ ab

where X= 50 , a=2 , b= 3.

(50+2) (50+3)=

50 square + 50(2+3) +2×3

=2500+50(5)+6

=2500+250+6

=2756

Hope this helps u . I'm really sorry if a mistake is made.
