cost at which he bought the chair=2250

cost of transportation=75

cost price(cp) of chair= cost at which he bought+cost of transportation

=2250+75=2325

selling price (sp)=2250

loss=cp-sp=2325-2250=75

cp is greater than sp therefore he sells the chair at loss percent

loss percent=100*loss/cp

=100*75/2325

=7500/2325

=3.22 percent
