CONDUCTORS : Substances which allow electricity to flow through them are called conductors. Silver is the best conductor of electricity but it is not used to make wires because it is very costly.
All metals (copper ,silver ,Iron etc.) alloys of metals , graphite, human body, tap water, moist air and some liquids are examples of conductors.
INSULATORS : Substances which do not allow current to flow through them are called Insulators.
Non metals except graphite, wood, class, plastic, pure water, dry air are some examples of insulators.
SOLUTION :
CONDUCTORS : silver, copper,, aluminium, nichrome, graphite, mercury,, manganin.
INSULATORS : sulphur, cotton,air,paper, porcelain,mica, bakelite, polythene.
