Sulphuric acid is not used for preparing the carbon dioxide gas in the laboratory. Why?

both have shown equal tests in the potassium dichromate solution and potassium permanganate solution. both turn limewater milky

Because suplhuric acid form an insoluble layer of sulphate which stop further reaction from taking place.
