The reactions of acids and bases always produce heat and a salt. In this case, we have sulfuric acid (H2SO4) and ammonium hydroxide (NH4OH). The exothermic reaction will generate heat, and the salt ammonium sulfate. No precipitate will form becauseammonium sulfate is very soluble, and there will be no color change.
