Skeletal Reaction:

H2SO4+NaOH→Na2SO4+H2OH2SO4+NaOH→Na2SO4+H2O

Balanced Reaction:

H2SO4+2(NaOH)→Na2SO4+2(H2O)H2SO4+2(NaOH)→Na2SO4+2(H2O)

The above reaction is a neutralization reaction in which acid and base react to form salt (Sodium Sulphate) and Water.

The salt formed is neutral as both the acid and base are strong.
