Construction: drop a perpendicular from O on the AD at some pt. M

we know that a line drawn perpendicular from the center to a chord bisects the chord.

therefore BM = FM = 4 ------(1)

Consider the bigger circle, since the center is same and OM is also perpendicular to AD,

AM = MD = 6-------(2)

subtract (1) from (2)
AM - BM = DM - FD = 6 - 4
AB = CD = 2  -----(3)

AC = AB+ BC = 2 + 8 = 10

similarly, BD = 8+2 = 10 ;)
