the orginal no. is 36

let the tens place be x
let the once place be y

so,10x + y = 9

now by interchanging we get

10y + x = 27 + (10x + y)

9y + 9x = 36

so the answer is 36

Anonymous: can it be 18
Elwin123: no
Elwin123: because if we interchange the no. the differencr is 63 as per the question it should be only 27

let the tens place be 10x and units place be y
sum x+y=9...(1)
interchange. 10y+x=27+(10x+y)
10y-y+x-10x=27
9y-9x=27
divide by 9
y-x=3.....(2)
solve 1 and 2
2y=12
y=6
put y=6 in 1
x+6=9
x=3
the no.is 36
hope it helps
