the required no. is 10x + y

as per the conditions

=>x + y = 9 ............(1)

and

=>10y + x + 27 = 10x + y

=>9y + 27 = 9x

=>y + 3 = x

=>x - y = 3...........(2)

solving eq 1 and 2 we get

x + y = 9

x - y = 3

...............

2y = 6

y = 3

from eq 1

x = 9 - 3

x = 6

therefore the required no.

= 10 x 6 + 3

= 63
