let  \: three  \: consecutive \:  \\  numbers \:  be \\  \\  =   \: x, \: x + 1 \:  \: and \:  \: x + 2

x + x + 1 + x + 2 = 33 \\  \\ x + x + x + 2 + 1 = 33 \\  \\ 3x + 3 = 33 \\  \\ 3 x = 33 - 3 \\  \\ 3x = 30 \\  \\ x =  \frac{30}{3}  \\  \\ x = 10

The  \: numbers \:  are  \\  \\ x + 1 = 10 + 1 = 11 \\  \\ x + 2 = 10 + 2 = 12

The  \: numbers \:  are \:  \\  \\ =  10 ,11 \: and \: 12

Question:-

Sum of 3 consecutive natural numbers is 33. What are the numbers?

Answer:-

The numbers are 10 , 11 and 12.

Explanation:-

Let three consecutive numbers be :-

 = x , \: x + 1 \: and \: x + 2

x + x + 1 + x + 2 = 33

x + x + x + 2 + 2 = 33

3x + 3 = 33

3x = 33 - 3

3x = 30

x =  \frac{30}{3}  \\
