To Find :-

• Today's age of Priya and Deepa

Solution :-

➣ Let, The present age of Priya be ' x '

➣ ∴ The present age of Deepa will be ' x - 4 '

According to the question,

⇒ x + x - 4 = 24

⇒2x - 4 = 24

⇒ 2x = 24 + 4

⇒ 2x = 28

⇒ x = 28/2

➥ x = 14

Hence, Their today's ages are,

✧ Today's age of Priya = x = 14 years

✧ Today's age of Deepa = x - 4 = 10 years
