ten's digit= y
so number be= 10y+x
and sum of digits = x+y=9= x= 9-y
if digits exchanged then number be = 10x+y
10x+y-27= 10y+x
10x(9-y)+y-27= 10y+9-y
90-10y+y-27-10y-9+y= 0
18y= 54
y= 3
x= 9-y= 9-3= 6
previous number= 10x3+6= 36
exchanged number= 10x6+3= 63 Ans
