Hey!!!

let father's age and son's age be x and y(in years)

ATQ,

(x + 2y = 70)2

and

2x + y = 95

Thus by Eliminating Method

2x + 4y = 140
2x + y = 95
(-). (-). (-)
=> 3y = 45

Thus y = 15 years

Now x + 2(15) = 70
=> x = 40 years

Thus the age of father is 40 years and age of son is 15 years.

Hope this helps
