(x + 2)/(y + 2) = 3/5

5x + 10 = 3y + 6

5x - 3y = 6 - 10

5 [( 1 + y ) / 2] - 3y = - 4

( 5 + 5y - 6y ) / 2 = - 4

5 - y = - 8

y = 13

x = ( 1 + 13 ) / 2

x = 7

Required Fraction = 7 / 13
