2550 is the right answer
let a=1.... L=101 n=101/2
and d=2. hence
sum= n/2(a+l)

Anonymous286: chirag listen
Anonymous286: odd numbers 1,3,5,7......,101
Anonymous286: common difference 2
chirag57: ok
Anonymous286: first term 1
Anonymous286: total terms 50
Anonymous286: now apply formula for Sn
chirag57: tq
Anonymous286: Sn=n/2*[2a+(n-1)d]

The correct answer is:
Finding the sum of all even integers between 1 and 101 is simply by using this formula:

S=

If n= 101, then:

S =

S =

S =

S = 5151

To find the sum of odd numbers between 1 and 101, there are 51 odd numbers in it.

So,

  = 2601

To find the sum of even numbers, we simple subtract S to :

 = S -

 = 5151 - 2601

  = 2550

Therefore, the sum of each even integers between 1 and 100 is 2550.

Anonymous286: not possible chirag
Anonymous286: can u elaborate ur method
chirag57: its possible
Anonymous286: method
chirag57: a=1.....n=51....d=2.....then formula sn =n by 2 × 2a + (n-1)d
Anonymous286: ok yes actually i counted n=50
Anonymous286: got the mistake
