Sum of roots of a quadratic equation is double their product. Find k if equation is x square - 4x + k + 3 = 0​

p(x)=x²-4x+k+3

a=1

b=-4

c=k+3

alpha + beta =2( alpha × beta) {given}

-b/a=2(c/a)

-b=2

-(-4)=2(k+3)

4/2=k+3

2=k+3

k=2-3

k=-1
